Every nine years or so, since I was 16, my life has been through a complete change.
When I was 16, dad got transferred to the UK, where i lived and then worked for the better part of a decade. When I was 25, and life was going perfectly well for me in London, i woke up one morning and decided I wanted to be back in Mumbai. I came home – joined Zee Education and stayed there for the next 9 or so years- enjoying every aspect of using technology for delivering education and learning.
In 2003, we started up Cogito TV with two friends – and had a blast being an entrepreneur. The 9 or so years were an amazing trip – laughter, debates, and some testing times that made the friendship even stronger.
And now it changes again – i have joined Zee (this time Zee Media Cluster) to head digital content for the (digital) platforms. I will be driving content strategy across zeenews.com (all languages) , dna.com and india.com It is exciting, invigorating and challenging. After almost a decade of being an entrepreneur it will be interesting to work again in a corporate structure
